為進一步推動家校共育,全面展現(xiàn)學校辦學特色,2023年 11 月 24 日下午杭州上海世外中學召開了雙語部九年級家長會,家校同心,師生同行,讓家長走進學校,助力孩子的成長。
本次家長會加強了學校與家長之間的溝通與交流,教育路上,攜手并進,共同關(guān)注和支持學生的學習、生活和心理健康,幫助學生順利完成初中階段的學業(yè),并為中考獲得理想的成績做好準備。在孩子的成長過程中,為獲得理想的成績,需要家長、教師和學生三者之間的攜手并肩,緊密聯(lián)系,共同努力。
To further promote home-school cooperation and comprehensively showcase the characteristics of the school's education, the bilingual department of our school held a parent-teacher conference for Grade Nine students on November 24, 2023. The conference aimed to bring parents into the school and help support their children's growth.
The conference strengthened the communication between the school and parents. Together, they paid close attention to and supported the students' life, learning, and mental health, helping them successfully complete their middle school education and prepare for the high school entrance exam, obtaining ideal results. In the process of children's growth and achievement, the joint efforts of parents, teachers, and students are needed. With close cooperation and hard work, they can achieve success together.

各班家長會
本次家長會有兩大環(huán)節(jié),第一個環(huán)節(jié)是各班家長會,各班班主任和任課老師與家長分享了班級和各科的情況,在過去的一年里,從八年級到九年級,孩子們經(jīng)歷了許多挑戰(zhàn)和機遇,他們在學習上取得了一定的進步,也在個人發(fā)展方面有了很大的提升。這些成績離不開各班班主任和任課老師的辛勤付出,也離不開家長們的支持和鼓勵。
在過去的一年里,九年級全體教師帶領(lǐng)著孩子們沉浸在知識的海洋里,關(guān)注孩子們的學習、生活和成長,努力為孩子們創(chuàng)造良好的學習環(huán)境和全面發(fā)展的機會;在過去的一年里,家長們沒日沒夜地為孩子的操勞,在生活、為人、處事等方面孜孜不倦地教導,正是因為這些點點滴滴的積累,才使得我們的孩子們在學業(yè)、品德、活動等綜合素養(yǎng)方面獲得了顯著的進步。
The conference consisted of two major components. The first one is a meeting held in each homeroom. The head teachers and subject teachers shared the situation of their opinions with the parents. Over the past year, the students have experienced many challenges and opportunities. They have made progress in their studies and have seen significant personal development. These achievements could not have been accomplished without the hard work of the head teachers and subject teachers, as well as the support and encouragement of the parents.Over the past year, the teachers have immersed the students in a sea of knowledge, paying attention to their learning, life, and growth, and striving to create a good learning environment and comprehensive development opportunities. The parents have tirelessly guided their children in various aspects and handled various matters. It is because of these accumulated efforts that our children have made significant progress in academic performance, character, and extracurricular activities.

本次家長會的第二個環(huán)節(jié)是年級家長會。在年級家長會上,九年級年級主任牛美玲老師做了深刻的發(fā)言。牛老師指出:九年級是孩子們初中生活的最后一年,也是他們?nèi)松缆飞系囊粋重要轉(zhuǎn)折點。在這一年里,孩子們將面臨中考的挑戰(zhàn),將面臨人生的一個重要選擇,我們九年級組全體教師將全力以赴,為孩子們創(chuàng)造一個良好的學習環(huán)境,幫助他們順利度過這個關(guān)鍵時期。
我們非常關(guān)注孩子們的學習。在過去的一年里,我們的教學工作取得了一定的成績,我們將進一步完善教學計劃,提高教學質(zhì)量。我們非常關(guān)注孩子們的心理健康。面對中考的壓力,孩子們可能會出現(xiàn)焦慮、緊張等心理問題。我們將繼續(xù)加強心理健康教育,定期開展心理健康講座,幫助孩子們樹立正確的人生觀、價值觀,增強心理素質(zhì)。我們非常關(guān)注孩子們的全面發(fā)展。除了基礎(chǔ)教育,我們還要關(guān)注孩子們的興趣愛好、特長素養(yǎng)的培養(yǎng)。我們非常關(guān)注孩子們的道德品質(zhì)。我們將繼續(xù)加強德育工作,引導孩子們樹立正確的道德觀念,培養(yǎng)他們的社會責任感。

The second component of the conference was the grade-level meeting, during which Ms. Niu Meiling, the grade-level leader, delivered a profound speech. Ms. Niu pointed out that the ninth grade is the students' final year of middle school as well as an important turning point in their life's journey. In this year, students will face the challenge of the high school entrance exam and a vital life choice. Every teacher in Grade Nine will spare no effort in creating a good learning environment for the students and helping them smoothly pass this critical period.
“We pay great attention to the students' academic performance! Over the past year, we have made some progress in our teaching work, and we will further improve our teaching plans and raise the quality of teaching. We pay great attention to the students' mental health! Facing the pressure of the high school entrance exam, students may experience psychological problems such as anxiety and nervousness. We will continue to strengthen mental health education, regularly hold lectures on mental health, and help students establish correct values and moral concepts, as well as increasing their psychological endurance. We pay great attention to the students' all-around development! In addition to basic education, we will also focus on the cultivation of their interests, hobbies, and talents. We pay great attention to the moral qualities of the students! We will continue to strengthen moral education and guide students to establish correct moral concepts and develop a sense of social responsibility.”
“Dear parents, let us work together for the growth of our children and add bricks and tiles to their bright future.” Ms. Niu's speech expressed the aspirations of the ninth-grade teaching team. “We sincerely hope that the students in the ninth grade will make progress in their studies, maintain good health, and enjoy happy growth!” Ms. Niu said.

During the conference, the ninth-grade group presented six awards to outstanding students in recognition of their achievements in the following areas—"Model of Civility," "Academic Excellence," "Overall Excellence," "Improvement in Overall Scores," "Subject-Specific Excellence," and "Improvement in Subject-Specific Performance." These students have demonstrated positive attitudes towards learning and life, fully showcasing their potential and talents. They have achieved excellent results in various subjects, ranking at the top of their exams. Their efforts and progress are evident, and their determination and dedication are commendable. They are role models for their grade, and an inspiration to us all.

學生代表發(fā)言
在年級家長會上,901班的方若菲同學代表全體學生進行了發(fā)言。方若菲同學的發(fā)言圍繞著學習態(tài)度和學習經(jīng)驗展開。在過去的一年里,學習上的壓力有所增加,課業(yè)的負擔有所加重,但我們要勇敢面對,相信自己,只有通過努力和堅持,才能取得進步和成就。在過去的一年里,我們遇到了一些困難和挫折,有時也會感到迷茫和無助,但我們要相信困難可以克服,我們要相信自己的力量是無窮的。
作為九年級的學生,除了學業(yè)之外,我們還要參加各種社會實踐活動,積極參與志愿者工作,關(guān)心他人,樂于助人。我們還要參加各種文體活動,展示自己的才藝和風采。這些經(jīng)歷不僅可以豐富我們的課余生活,也可以培養(yǎng)我們的團隊合作精神和領(lǐng)導能力。

During the conference, Fang Ruofei, a student from Class 901, delivered a speech on behalf of all the students. Fang's speech focused on study attitudes and experiences. “Over the past year, the pressure and burden of schoolwork have increased, but we must face these challenges courageously and believe in ourselves. Through hard work and persistence, we can continuously progress and achieve. Throughout the year, we faced difficulties and setbacks. At times, we also felt lost and helpless. However, we must believe that we can overcome these challenges, and we have boundless strength within us.”
“As ninth-grade students, we must not only focus on our academic studies but also engage in a range of social and practical activities, actively participate in volunteer work, care for others, and be ready to offer help where needed. We should also participate in various activities to showcase our talents and personal qualities. These experiences not only enrich our extracurricular lives but also develop our teamwork and leadership skills.”

作為教師,我們始終把學生的發(fā)展和成長放在首位。我們致力于為每個學生提供良好的學習環(huán)境和個性化的教育服務。我們注重培養(yǎng)學生的綜合素質(zhì),不僅關(guān)注他們的學術(shù)成績,更注重培養(yǎng)他們的創(chuàng)新思維、團隊合作能力和社會責任感。我們相信,每個學生都有自己的潛能和特長,我們的責任是激發(fā)他們的學習興趣,引導他們發(fā)展自己的優(yōu)勢,實現(xiàn)個人的價值。

“As teachers, we always put the students' development and growth at the first place. We are committed to providing a good learning environment and personalized education services for each student. We focus on developing students' comprehensive qualities, not only academic achievements but also innovation thinking, team cooperation, and social responsibility. We believe that every student has their potential and strengths, and our responsibility is to stimulate their interest in learning, guide them to develop their advantages and achieve their personal value.”
“As teachers, we have fulfilled our duties and made every effort in the past half semester. Through careful lesson planning and innovative teaching methods, we have continuously improved the quality of teaching. We focus on cultivating students' learning methods and abilities, helping them establish correct learning attitudes and habits. We also focus on cultivating students' practical abilities, encouraging them to actively participate in various subject competitions and social practical activities. Through these efforts, we have witnessed many students' progress and achievements in their learning, as well as their breakthrough and improvement in personal development.

九年級是初中生涯的最后一個階段,但教育是一個持續(xù)不斷的過程,在今后的學習生活中,希望家長朋友們能夠繼續(xù)關(guān)心和支持我們的教育事業(yè),與我們保持密切的聯(lián)系和溝通。只有家校合作,才能更好地促進孩子們的發(fā)展。也希望家長朋友們能夠給予孩子們更多的關(guān)愛和鼓勵,讓他們感受到家庭的溫暖和支持。我們深信通過家校合作,了解孩子們的需求和困惑,給予他們正確的引導和幫助,一定能夠為孩子們的未來鋪就一條光明的道路!
The ninth grade is the last stage of junior high school, but education is an ongoing process. In the future learning journey, we hope that parents can continue to care about and support our work, maintaining close contact and communication with us. Only through cooperation between home and school, can we better promote the development of children. We also hope that parents can give more care and encouragement to the children, enabling them to feel the warmth and support of family. We firmly believe that through cooperation between home and school, understanding children's needs and concerns, and providing them with correct guidance and help, we can pave a bright path for their future!
