First and foremost, knowing yourself is key。

Making connections takes a well-thought-out plan, one that requires you to be SMART. In this case, you need to be:
和人打交道需要一個深思熟慮的計劃,這需要你遵照以下五個字母——"SMART"。也就是說,你得:
Specific. You need a specific idea as to whom you want to connect with in 2014. Not everyone you meet will be beneficial。
明確。你得明確地知道2014年你想和誰建立聯(lián)系。不是你見的每一個人都對你有幫助。
Measurable. For the people you want to develop relationships with you must know how often you keep in touch, share information and connect。

Actionable. Once youll play in your career, namely advocates, information providers and connectors。
