不知道你會(huì)不會(huì)過(guò)完一天發(fā)現(xiàn)本來(lái)打算做的事還是沒(méi)做完,很想老天給自己一天48小時(shí),一分鐘掰成兩分鐘用?其實(shí)大多數(shù)情況下并不是時(shí)間少,而是真正用來(lái)做事的時(shí)間縮水了。復(fù)雜的咱不提,就三個(gè)小步驟,慢慢養(yǎng)成有效利用時(shí)間的習(xí)慣吧。
Step 1: Find a place to sit without distractions. Think about what is important to you then get your paper and pencil and make a list. This list should include things that you would like to accomplish. Keep it short. 第一步:找一個(gè)不受干擾的工作環(huán)境。用紙筆列出需要做的重要事情,這些必須包含你想要完成的任務(wù)。清單要盡量簡(jiǎn)短。 Step 2: Make a realisticdeadline. Put some time aside every day to work toward your goal. It doesn't have to be much -- maybe only an hour. The important thing is that for that hour you focussolelyon completing your task, nothing else should be on your mind. You'll be surprised at what you can accomplish when you focus. 第二步:給自己定一個(gè)最后期限。每天留出一些時(shí)間為實(shí)現(xiàn)你的目標(biāo)去努力,不需要太長(zhǎng),只有1小時(shí)也可以。重要的一點(diǎn)在于,那一個(gè)小時(shí)里你要心無(wú)旁騖地完成任務(wù)。集中精力,你會(huì)對(duì)自己的成果感到驚訝。 Step 3: Don't be too hard on yourself. If you focus only on your failures or tasks that you still need to accomplish, you'll get overwhelmedand/or depressedand you'll never accomplish anything. 第三步:別對(duì)自己過(guò)于苛刻。如果你只看得到自己的過(guò)錯(cuò)和沒(méi)做完的事情,你就很容易感到失望,以致完成不了任何事情。
