I wanna find a english speaking foreigner to talk with

as the title says , i am a college student and i have passed cet-6,but my oral English is poor，that is why i come here to look for a foreign friend to talk with. On one hand, i can teach you chinese ,on the other hand you can help me to improve my oral english of course i can show you around Hangzhou if we were free。that will be very nice，right？
